All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our products we cannot accept refunds, returns or exchanges. Please order carefully, double check our sizing and garment details prior to ordering and select most appropriate shipping method for your needs, to avoid disappointment.
What if my item is misprinted, damaged, defective or lost in transit?
If you have received a misprinted/damaged/defective item, we’ve got you covered! Please contact us with information about your order, including photos highlighting the problem. We will then be in contact to issue a replacement.
You must notify us within 4 weeks of receiving the item. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Returned by Customer - We do not accept any returned items, unless the return is authorised prior by us. Any items returned without authorisation will not be refunded or exchanged.
Packages Lost in Transit - Important: Please check with your local post office or the issued courier company first to try locate your order and confirm that the shipping address that was used is correct, before contacting us.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you have not received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
